A commercial lot has to work the morning after a storm: staff arriving, deliveries at the door, customers finding a space. We plow drive aisles, parking rows, loading zones and building frontage, stack snow where it will not eat spaces or block sightlines, and clear the paths in from the lot to the entrance. Work is scoped at the walkthrough, so the plow, the stacking plan and the trigger for a visit are agreed before the first snowfall.
