Northeastern Outdoor Property Maintenance

Our work

The work, as it looks when we leave.

No borrowed photographs. Every image here was taken by us on a property we maintain — including two beds photographed before we started and again when they were finished.

BeforeBefore: an overgrown green hedge covering the front of the building and hiding the address sign
AfterAfter: the same hedge cut back into three neat rounded shrubs, with the entry steps and sign now visible

Hedge shaping, before and after

An overgrown hedge burying the entry and the address sign, cut back and reshaped so the walk is clear and the number reads from the street.

Trimming→
BeforeBefore: an overgrown shrub along the house and leaves scattered across the steps and walk
AfterAfter: three reshaped shrubs in a bed of fresh dark mulch, the steps and walk cleared

Bed refresh and mulch, before and after

A shrub that had swallowed the steps, leaves across the walk. Cut back, the bed re-edged and mulched, the path swept down.

Mulching→

Turf and lot, through the year.

Stripes that hold through the week, and a lot opened before the first car pulls in.

A cleared commercial parking lot from the plow truck, snow pushed into long banks in front of an apartment building

Snow clearing, commercial lot

A parking lot opened from the inside out, snow pushed into banks that keep the spaces and the sightlines.

Snow plowing→
A large lawn mown in bold, even stripes running down to the road frontage

Athletic-field style striping

Long straight passes down a large open lawn, so the pattern still holds at the road frontage.

Mowing→
A wide lawn mown in alternating light and dark stripes, bordered by a stone patio and a paved drive

Mowing with clean striping

Alternating stripes run clean and parallel to the drive, with the edges cut and the pavement blown off.

Mowing→
A sloping lawn mown in even stripes running up toward a treeline under a blue sky

Manicured lawn maintenance

A maintained lawn held in cut, week after week, with the stripes rolling over the rise.

What this work is

Six services, one property, all four seasons.

The photos above are the everyday version of the work: cuts, edges, beds, and a plow when it snows. Every property is scoped on a walkthrough first, so the schedule fits the site.
