Thirty years in, still on the property.
Northeastern Outdoor Property Maintenance is owned and run by Matt Paulin. Matt has spent thirty years in landscaping, and this is the work he wants to be doing: commercial grounds, maintained properly, on a schedule the property manager does not have to think about.
Grounds get walked before they get quoted, and the person who agreed to the work is the person you can call about it. The same crew carries the property through the season — and comes back with a plow when the weather turns, so the lot and the walks are covered in January too.
The business is fully insured and works exclusively on commercial properties in the Lehigh Valley and Northampton County — offices, complexes, medical and professional buildings, retail centers, industrial sites, apartment communities and HOAs.

A commercial property is judged differently than a house. Tenants, customers and staff see the grounds every day, and a manager is answerable for how they look. That means consistency matters more than a one-time cleanup, and communication matters as much as the work itself.
Keeping the business commercial-only is how we hold that standard: one route, one schedule, one kind of client.
Grounds are the one part of a commercial property every tenant sees, every single day. If they look neglected, that is the impression the whole building carries.
