Most winter claims start on a walkway, not in the parking lot. We pre-treat entrance walks, vestibules, stairs and island paths ahead of expected ice, then apply ice melt after a freeze and treat the refreeze that follows a daytime thaw. Service is logged visit by visit, so a property manager has a record of what was applied and when.
